Fahim qualified from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is a very enthusiastic and approachable member of the team. Fahim is a member of The Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He has completed a course in Advanced Operative Aesthetics and Restorative Dentistry, and is passionate about giving his patients high quality dental treatment. Along side this he is an Invisalign Go provider.
He is passionate about preventative dental care, and is a strong believer in prevention is better than cure. He also has a particular interest in cosmetic dental treatments and minimal interventive dentistry.
Fahim strives to provide evidence based dentistry, treating patients with a caring and professional manner. Aside from Dentistry, Fahim enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoys cooking and playing pool.

Dipen qualified from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2004. He is a member of the General Dental Council and British Dental Association. Dipen joined the Alexander House Dental Practice team in 2008. In the same year he completed a part time course that ran over one year in Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital. He has also undertaken a course that allows him to restore simple implant crowns.
Dipen is keen on expanding his dentistry through continuing professional development. He is also a strong believer in preventative dental care. He has a gentle approach with his patients. Also he was part of the team that won runner up for the Best Dental Team Award at the Dentistry Awards in 2006
Outside of dentistry he is a busy family man with two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys most sports especially football and golf. He is also a keen runner and completed the London 10k run in the summer of 2019.
AKEEL SHARAFALI - BDS

Special Interest in Endodontics
Dr. Sharafali graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2012 and has since worked in general practice where he developed a passion for Endodontics. In 2018 he completed a Masters in Endodontics at the prestigious King’s College London, which enables him to complete a range of challenging root canal treatments. He has also provided emergency dental care at voluntary camps in Sierra Leone, Vietnam, Greece and Borneo. Outside of work he enjoys scuba diving, cricket and watching formula one. He has a caring, friendly manner and strives to make anxious patients feel at ease.
CASE 1
The x-rays demonstrate the treatment of a dental abcess. The very narrow root canals were successfully cleaned and filled leaving a happy and pain free patient.
CASE 2
This tooth was previously root filled. The treatment had failed resulting in a dental abcess. The old filling was successfully removed, the canal was thoroughly cleaned and filled resulting in resolution of symptoms.

Vikas graduated from Bart’s and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. He subsequently worked in general dental practice before training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He was later trained at the Eastman Dental Hospital in Restorative Dentistry where he developed a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry and oral surgery.
He has been accepted to join the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh and received a Diploma in Education. He has been awarded the prestigious British Society of Restorative Dentistry Award 2019 for his restorative dental work and has presented to colleagues nationally.
Vikas is a finalist for the Young Dentist of the Year UK 2020, a prominent and respected national award. Vikas has undergone extensive postgraduate education in all aspects of advanced dentistry with an emphasis on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He is certified to provide Invisalign clear aligner treatment and smile makeovers.
To ensure that you receive the best possible care, he works closely with the most highly regarded specialists and laboratory technicians in the UK to craft superior restorations. He is a member of the British Society of Restorative Dentist and the British Society of Cosmetic Dentistry.
He is passionate about dental public health and serves as an elective committee member of the Brent and Harrow Local Dental Committee (LDC). To refine his clinical knowledge and skill set, he then went on to complete a Masters’ Degree Programme in Conservative Dentistryat the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute (UCL).

Adriana brings with her a range of experience and a strong commitment to help you prevent gum problems and keep your teeth for life. She works in close partnership with you so that you can look after your teeth for the long-term. Adriana is enthusiastic about her work and she is both gentle and caring. Her manner makes you want to do your part to keep up with the cleaning and maintenance programmes.
She qualified in Hungary in 2005 and she is an active member of both the British and the Hungarian Dental Councils. She is always looking for new methods and materials that make your smile healthy and beautiful. Last year she acquired her tooth whitening certificate to meet our patients' demand for cosmetic smile enhancement.
KANTA GAJPARIA

I have been in Dentistry for 12 years as a dental nurse and manage reception. I am now the backbone of Alexander House Dental Practice, patients can come to me for any treatment information. I manage the reception, all nursing and clinical requirements as well as being involved in the CQC inspections.
I really enjoy cooking and making different kinds of food, I also love going for long walks with friends and spending time with my family watching Netflix.

I have been a dental nurse for over 21 years, working in Alexander House Dental Practice 13 years. I am known as being gentle, bubbly and helpful and great at calming nervous patients. I enjoy talking to patients and can also speak Italian. In my spare time I love travelling, cooking for my family and I am known for my Italian culinary skills.

I am a Receptionist at Alexander House Dental Practice. I have been in dentistry for 7 years and at this practice for 3 years. I have a gentle nature and like talking to patients I also maintain the administrative side of the job and have great problem solving skills. I do like to cook different types of food and gardening, growing my own vegetables and herbs.

I started in Technology of Catering Production and Quality Control then discovered my passion in dentistry roughly 3 years ago. This then led me to pursue joining the dental nursing course which I completed in January 2021. I am now a qualified dental nurse and love my job.
