Book An Appointment
All you need to do to make an appointment is simply ring our friendly reception team. We will send you a text message reminder a few days before the appointment but we can ring you if you would prefer.
- A limited number of patient parking spaces are available outside the practice.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to provide disabled access due to the office being located on the first floor.

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
We need 2 full working days notice of any cancellation.
We always aim to be as flexible as possible because we understand that people lead busy lives. However, missing appointments and cancelling at short notice wastes time and resources that are needed for other patients and may prevent us from taking emergencies on.
If you are an NHS patient, please let us know as soon as possible.
Our policy is that if patients repeatedly cancel with less than two working days’ notice or do not attend an appointment, we may no longer be able to offer NHS treatment. Special circumstances will be taken into account.
For private dental and hygiene appointments, we charge a fee for missed appointments or cancellations received less than two working days before the appointment. We recommend that change of appointments are done ONLY by speaking to reception in person or by telephone as messages may not be received but will still be charged.
