New Patients

We ask our patients to settle their account at the time of their visit. We accept cash and most credit and debit cards.



Patient Satisfaction & Feedback

If you are happy with our service, we would appreciate it if you would tell others about the service we offer. You can leave your comments about our practice on the NHS Choices web site.

We constantly want to evolve and improve our services for the benefit of all our patients. We would like to encourage you to tell us your thoughts about your dental experience. Patient Feedback Questionnaires can be obtained from the Reception.

If you feel that there is anything more we could do for you to improve our service, we would very much like to hear it. Please contact the practice with your comments and suggestions. Alternatively, patients can also use the suggestion box in the Reception.


Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations

We understand that people live busy lives, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, missing appointments and cancelling at short notice wastes time and resources which are needed for other patients and may prevent us from taking on emergencies.

NHS Dental Care

If it is not possible for you to attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Our practice policy is that if patients repeatedly cancel with less that two working days notice, or do not attend an appointment, then we may no longer be able to offer NHS treatment.  We will of course take any special circumstances into account.  We may be able to offer private dental care, depending on individual circumstances.

Private Dental and Hygienist appointments

For hygienist or private dental appointments, we charge a fee (based on the time allocated) for missed appointments or cancellations received with less than two working days notice, however we will take special circumstances into consideration. Bank holidays and weekends are not full working days.

Messages left  for change of appointments  via text , email or post may not be received by the practice, in which case a charge will be incurred. We recommend that change of any appointments should only be done by speaking to reception in person or by telephone. 
If you do use text messaging or email to notify us, do not assume that we have received the message unless you have an acknowledgement sent by us in reply.

Resolution Procedure

Our aim is to ensure that the dental care you receive is of the upmost excellence. Should you have a query or complaint regarding your dental care, you can contact our practice manager/administrator who will help you with your query or complaint and talk you through the relevant procedure. Alternatively, you can pick up a copy of the procedure at the reception.

Our aim is that wherever possible we will try to solve the problem on spot. If it can`t be resolved quickly we will let you know how long we expect it will take to investigate and resolve.
